I recently purchased a mobile home. Cash. A simple transaction, I’ve done it before. My seller wanted an attorney and hired Blackwell. I went to her home where we called to communicate to him how the deed needed to be written. He refused to speak to me. A closing was set. The closing was another waste of time. Blackwell said I needed to go to Town Hall to file the paperwork. I was provided an incorrect conveyance and 2 incorrect checks for the State of Connecticut.
