I recently visited the Gravesend branch as I needed a repair on a necklace I accidently broke. It was repaired within a few days, and the workmanship is flawless. The staff at two of the branches I use are always friendly, happy and eager to help. Blackwell Jewellers is and will remain my go-to jeweller. Highly Recommended.
I have bought several rings from James at Blackwells. and the customer service is fantastic. Orders are delivered quickly and the follow-up service is excellent. Everything is as described and even though it is secondhand, it looks as good as new. I will definitely be buying more from Blackwells!!
