Had a fantastic experience booking Blackwater Limo. The communication was very quick and the driver was able to meet us on time. Overall a smooth journey, friendly staff and would use it again! Highly recommend using their services as the prices are good and very friendly people.

I hired the limo service as a surprise for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Communication from Matt was very quick and very pleasant. The driver, Kem, was extremely prompt which was very much appreciated. Beyond those highly positive aspects I was quite disappointed. I had requested that the driver arrive and knock at the door to ask for my daughter with a balloon or flower to add to the surprise but when the driver arrived he stood by the vehicle and waited for us to get her and there was no flower or balloon or even a “Happy B... read more

We were a group of 7 people, and had a memorable experience! Thank you to Matt for making a special night even more special for us. He arrived 15 minutes early, the limo was very clean, and he even took the time to help us set up our phone with the Bluetooth on board so we could play our own music. Communication was perfect and Matt was very courteous and professional. We definitely felt like celebrities! Do not hesitate to use their services!
