I’m a travel nurse living in Blackstone Va. The property was over charged because of my income. The utilities are super high, but include a great trash removing crew. The office staff has been friendly. The town public maintenance has a little work to do. Over grown lot next to my house tall as me! 5’. It’s been a friendly little town.
They’re okay. Not helpful sometimes but they have a new crew and I think they’ve improved. Getting them on the phone can be cumbersome because the lack of staff I believe. Good luck !
