Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Blackstone River Federal Credit Union. After being a member for many years, I recently closed all my accounts, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The service is consistently subpar, with staff exhibiting a level of incompetence that is frustrating to deal with. To top it off, after I closed all my accounts, the manager, James, went out of his way to write me a nasty letter in retaliation to several CFPB complaints. Great Experience. Jen was literally amazing. Refinanced my auto Loan from 7.85 percent to 5 percent And received additional $300 from bank for doing so. Amazing Experience to say the least. Customer for Life.
