the grill is not stainless and can’t be cleaned ! It puts metal shaving in your food when crappy grill paint leaves surfaces. Grill top will warp on first use and heat cannot be applied equally ! it’s overrated and low quality. !
We ordered directly through Blackstone Canada, At first, it took a extra few days, now I know why. The company is moving to a new location. Things are just being set up. But, once I contacted them, we'll response was quick, service was excellent. Thank you, Richard, Would highly recommend Blackstone Canada
Don't go to the address on the website to buy. They only do online. No in store which in super frustrating. Wait 10 plus days to get something 10 minutes from your house. I'll update my review once I get it.
They don't respond, which is extremely frustrating. I've emailed them twice. I even waited a week from the first email to send the second. Haven't received a response for either.
Great customer service experience.
