Decent selection and pricing. Good location. The salesperson knew her stuff.
The woman in red hair on the counter was showing attitude for no reason , extremely rude, she was talking on a video call with her boyfriend and was getting irritated for no reason, Never had that bad experience in the etobicoke location, she either should be trained or should be fired. I don’t think I will ever go back again.
Nothing but good things to say. The staff at this One Plant are amazing, always great to chat with, and always on point with the recommendations. Even when their machines were down they helped us to the nearest ATM, sparked easy going conversation, and demonstrated quality customer service. Thanks for the help M!
