Afternoon busses at Maple ridge are always late, went to the bus station at 5:35 to catch the 5:40 bus and it never came

The new loop system is not working at all. All the buses are late. It’s very disappointing.

It was only good if you wanted to get to campus. But even that's not the case anymore. They introduced 'the loop' system. Which means everyone would be thrown all the way out of the campus where you need to walk a good distance to the campus no matter what the weather condition. They have a shuttle but that doesn't operate on weekends. So you are completely screwed if you're trying to get to the campus on weekends. They clearly don't know what they're doing.

The bus system is mostly reliable. The app can be buggy but the live map is accurate for the most part. Hopefully it can get a makeover soon. Bus punctuality can be affected by traffic conditions, so not much they can do besides maybe accounting for traffic patterns in the stop schedule. The buses themselves are pretty comfortable and clean. The drivers for the most part are friendly. Overall I would say it’s a solid transportation choice for students and local residents alike.
