I bring them 2 of my bikes and ask them to clean it and do the maintenance of them. No oils on it , still dirt and when I ask them if it’s normal they said that it is the basic cleaning and maintenance I got for 177$ ! Seriously, I don’t now if they really did something on the bikes . I don’t recommended .
Connor helped me with my cane. Yes, you read that right.. my mobility cane. I got recommended to come here as I needed a new handle. They ordered special tape for me and even wrapped it, very professionally.
I was having a hard time finding a bike that fits me and came across Black’s Cycle which happens to have one my size. They are a really friendly shop that’s helpful and easy to deal with over the phone. Well stocked in gear as well as I picked a few winter riding gear from them. They also have a cool wood feature window display. Highly recommended!
I had an incredible experience working with Carter at Black’s Cycle in Comox.
