I recently had my e-bike serviced here, and I am really impressed. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions thoughtfully. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!
The staff and owner set me up with an E-bike, all the gear, and clothes. I was high maintenance, as being someone with ME/CFS. They went above and beyond getting me on to the right bike, and I can't express enough gratitude for the freedom that's been returned to me. I'm getting out in nature more than I've been able in years. I'll go to no other shop. I highly recommend their team for all of your biking needs.
Black’s deserves a 6th star. They helped us out of 3 jams in a 2 week period. All the work done was great, quick and the labour time and costs was more than reasonable. Staff were all awesome and showed and explained everything. They saved us some money but doing small quick fixes. This is definitely the place to go.
Amazing shop. Super knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff! They have so many spare parts and suspension and wheel building services. Probably one of the shops I’ve been to around the world!
I bought an e-bike at Blacks and they have been great for helping to keep everything maintained! Recently, I needed some warranty work completed and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had my bike back in excellent shape! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to your customers!
