Customer should not be giving loads to these kind of companies I booked a load with BlackRock Transportation on 12/18/2023 to pick up a load on 12/19/2023. I booked a load (10269) with Broker (Mike A****). The load details are Syracuse, UT (12/19/2023 -pick up time stated as per Rate Con is 0700-1600) to Baton Rouge, LA (12/21/2023). As we both booked this load, Mike stated that the pickup will be ready at 2PM and could possibly be delayed until 6PM. Why would you set an appointment for 0600 after I informed you that mid-morning would be the earliest I can make it due to HOS rules? Why then would you complain that I was late? Why now are you attempting to cause problems for me with my employer? I delivered your freight on time.
