I had a great experience with this mortgage company! I worked with Dewayne on my first home purchase! Being a first time homeowner, things could easily get overwhelming! However, Dewayne carried that load for me and made sure all my worries were taken care of! He really did a great job assuring me in my choices, as well as giving me options on others. Black rock was not our initial lender, we had unpleasant experience with another lender and was referred to Black Rock by our realtor.. after one week of working with Mr. Williams I'd already spoken to him more than I had spoken to the first lender after working with them for two months!
