Really good service. We have taken their advice and help on two separate matters, for a rental agreement and then to sale the property via auction. Briony was excellent both times, keeping us updated and giving us honest, legal advice as opposed to what people wanna hear. She was also very prompt in keeping us updated. Literally completed the auction within 2-3 days. Fees are reasonable as well Thanks again Briony and team!
Terrible, terrible service. The most incompetent solicitor I’ve ever had to deal with was Briony Haley. Not sure who qualified this woman as a solicitor. She was unresponsive in demands for answers & paperwork in my auction conveyancing. And when she responded it was piecemeal & unnecessary brief. The Lender & their solicitors had to contact me to push her to work. On day completion was to happen, lender & myself emailed her only to find out she was on holiday which delayed completion by a week. But what shocked all parties ... read more
