They are standard as far as services. I was disappointed that they do not have any safety deposit boxes at all. When my husband went through the ATM outside and did a balance inquiry, they charged him a fee for that!

They used to be fast and efficient, but now the wait, in the drive through, takes 20 minutes. One thing they could fix is placing a box out with slips at beginning of entrance, and posting a sign to have your stuff ready before you get in line.

I moved all of my accounts here when Chase moved out of Edgerton. There are plenty of ways they fail to meet my expectations. The current rate on basic savings is 0.1 percent. They have other options for IRAs and higher yields but they are all well below the current level of inflation and several points below the Fed rate. They hold checks for several days. My grandmother banks with them and has mild dementia, they absolutely refuse to work with her. They would rather make an 80 year old sick woman come down to the bank then work with her family. We tried to have my mom added to the account and then say she can't be. This is horrible business
