worse credit i have seen,they were going to give me a loan based on my 2024 silverado loan intrest rate of 8.9 percent now they were going to change it to 17.9 percent on the old truck i want back from budweiser motors.everbody you talk to has a differant story the place does not have a clue of what there doing.when my loan gets paid ill never go back there.i have never missed a payment with them.and always paid my loans.that place is ***** ****.iam leaving my name ******* * ***** ****** ***. ill tell you how you will be tre... read more

They have policies they do not even tell you about and are absolutely written no where in the documents. They are not transparent at all and their manager is rude to say the absolute least. This complaint is for the ****** office, and it's not listed on here for some odd reason.

I applied for a loan, I am young and very clearly learning as I was going. My loan officer did not appreciate that. I had to mediate between the dealership and my officer throughout the course of a week because I could only get about 2 replies a day and they wouldn't engage with the dealership, so after all the forwarding of messages I'm told the car is overvalued, it's 2k below market and it's internals are literally sparkly shiny clean, but I guess free money for the bank isn't good enough these days

Ask for permission to run my credit. I did not give permission and still ran my credit!!! After speaking to 1 employee and 3 managers, no resolution was provided to me other than "I talked to the employee"Talking to the employee does *** resolve my decreased credit score. Website is very hard to use to make a payment from an external account.

Terrible service with unsafe business practices regarding account security and access to your own monies. Most recent fail I experienced here involved a check that had the payee name crossed out and another name wrote in and account holder initialed. The bank would not cash the check, not because it was altered but instead would not cash it because the Crossed Out name was of a person that formerly owed them money. Never put your money here. They will not take good care of it. You are aslo treated badly at all times. Inside the lobby, when going through drive through. Even talking on the phone with them you are poorly handled.

Horrible is what will come to mind the moment you step foot into any location. Feel like being treated like garbage? Blackhawk. Feel like having fewer options than other credit unions? Blackhawk. I would avoid leaving your hard earned money in such a place where you are treated so poorly.

I was trying to buy a foreclosed property Blackhawk Community Credit Union has had back since October 2016. At the beginning of the process, when we had a showing of the property, we were told they would be asking around mid $80,000 for this property. The guy that showed us the property told us he had "nothing to do with the property" and that they "wanted an offer just wanted to get rid of it."
