Rude customer service, wont cash checks without calling home owners. Hard for contractors to do business with, they think your going to steal from the home owner and try to cash the check??? So very sad.

If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. Not only is their logo racist, they are also now accepting a donated statue from the city of Rock Island that is racist and derogatory towards the Sauk Native American community. Such stereotypical images are condemned by the American Psychological Association (2005) and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (2001), and they are also condemned by the *affected people themselves,* and yet the bank's decision to accept this gift and display this statue demonstrates that we have again r... read more
