I don't understand the problem at this branch bank on the beltway. Is it a training facility? It doesn't make any difference if I go thru the drive thru or go inside, it takes so long for a simple transaction. They are always courteous, always helpful, but always incredibly slow. I just don't get it.
This has got to be the best bank in this country. The personnel is magnificent! The bank has helped me over and over again. If you are thinking about a new bank this is the answer! You will be soooo glad you joined this bank. I promise!!!
Always so helpful and courteous to me and My son love this bank I’ll never leave them they have had my trust for 30 yrs or more
