I've had bank accounts at a lot of other banks. And the bigger ones seem to seem to have forgotten how to do customer service. I never found that problem with Blackhawk bank ever. These people bend over backwards to help you. And if they can't help you, they tell you. No, we might get back to you or anything like that. And I love that about a bank
Rude customer service, wont cash checks without calling home owners. Hard for contractors to do business with, they think your going to steal from the home owner and try to cash the check??? So very sad.
