Great Bank great people to work with, if you want to be treated well and have that small town feel. They have always been very helpful. They have helped me out a lot over the years and when they couldn't help me out they definitely tried.
Terrible bank. I lost my mailbox key so I cannot access my mail it got full so their paper statements were returned to them so they locked my card just before my rent was due. Changing banks.

Viki didn't know how to use the basics of the phone or THEIR OWN banking app. It was very frustrating when she told my partner to clear his cache on his phone and when he did she ment something else. Had alot of trouble trying to figure out how to reset a password. Needed someone atleast 30 years younger. Explains why all his money was stolen from the past 2 months, why WEEKLY he has to come down because he's locked out of his account, yet they couldn't "red flag" any of the payments?
