I am unfortunately a customer with this bank. And I literally have had nothing but problems between the buyouts from other banks to my card getting frozen randomly. Apparently customer service stops at 1230 on Saturday when the bank closes so if I have an issue on a Sunday as I do now there’s no one to even answer the phone.
Update your hours. I drove nearly an hour to find this branch closed.
I have been dealing with Blackhawk Bank and this Blackhawk Branch for about 5yrs. Rick Zonts is a great and knowledgeable Business Banker and the bank has great customer service and understand community relationships from the top down. I would recommend them without any hesitation to any loved one.
