It’s really unfortunate when a “Community” Bank doesn’t back or try to help their own members. I tried to call and handle this matter with them but this is the second time I’ve had to call them regarding this matter!! They unnecessarily auto drafted from one account into another, which took my account into negative. Then continued to rack up overdraft fees. Especially during this hard economic time, I’m baffled! I have no words, except I will be looking for a new bank.

Blackhawk Bank has terrible customer service. You, as a customer, mean nothing to them. I have reached out several times and have been either ignored or told to figure it out online. My children have been treated rudely when going to the branch for banking needs. And obviously, if you need anything in the evening or weekend, you are screwed.

They took money out of my account for someone else's bad check. This policy of yours allows you to steal my money due to someone else's bad check is ridiculous. :UPDATE: someone from Blackhawk bank contacted me, explained and fixed my issue. I was frustrated with how the other person handled it and in the end, I do recommend Blackhawk bank.
