We instructed Blackhams for conveyancing of our first house purchase. I enquired by phone and Tracey Allsopp took the time to fully understand our situation and sent over a reasonable quote – (other firms I contacted in Birmingham were rude and couldn’t wait to get you off the phone). From that point on I knew we were in safe hands. They were very responsive and did what we asked of them. I delt with Ben James, during the sale of my house. Due to the age and condition of the house and that it was part of a probate case it was more complex. However Ben and his team handled the difficulties politly and efficiently and kept to their fixed price quotation. I was nicely impressed.
Really impressed with these guys, who helped me buy and sell recently. Aisha and Ben are great, responsive, act quickly in your best interests, and professional. Will be using them for some other affairs in the near future. Great, local firm.
