Really unhappy with my chair and a half that an ordered. Twice I had service come out and look at the seat cushion that has less than adequate stuffing which after sitting in it leaves the cushion looking wrinkled and sloppy. I was told to flip the cushion every several days but I’m 77 and the cushion is heavy I don’t see how that is helpful when the chair is only 6 months old. Wonderful name brand furniture and delivery is right on time
We stopped by Blacker’s on a whim and Michael was the ultimate salesman. He showed us a few options on the main showroom floor then directed us to the sales floor upstairs where we found the perfect couch/recliner at more than 50% off the original price. While he did the paperwork we reclined in the massager chairs - soooo nice. An effortless purchase!
