Blackbuck team have been very easy to work with and consistently communicate well. Rates come back quickly, deliveries are followed up on and they always seem to have a backup plan when needed.

We are a Canadian-based company that works extremely hard to deliver quality products and competitive shipping rates. Unfortunately, our experience with Black Book Transportation has been repeatedly frustrating and unprofessional. They consistently prolong shipments without notice, offer poor communication, and have even been outright disrespectful and dismissive over the phone and by email. Extremely disappointed with the service from Black Buck Logistics. Their communication is virtually non-existent — trying to get updates or clear answers from them is a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, they consistently load pallets incorrectly, forcing us to hand bomb hundreds of cases of soda off the truck. This not only wastes our time but also increases the risk of product damage and injury.
