We visited Blackboy Hill Cycles a few months ago now to have our e-bikes serviced. So glad we did as the gears and brakes work so much better now. No more slipping of the gears when pushing down on the pedals and the bikes now feel a lot safer to ride. We had great communication and with a loading zone near the entrance, it is easy to drop off and pick up the bikes.
Very unhelpful bike shop My daughter had a puncture and took her bike in to have a new tube fitted, £17.50 She had not fixed a puncture and asked if she could watch them do it and they refused, told her to go away. So she did....with her £17.50 and her puncture. She bought a tube from another shop and fitted it herself....
Fantastic bike shop. Really knowledgeable and helpful when I needed some help getting a stuck pedal off my road bike. The shop has a great range and really reasonably priced. I will absolutely be going back.
Used these guys for the 1st time, only needed a small workshop job doing! Which they were more than happy to help with! great job, good service & all at a reasonable price! Thanks again
They cured a problem on my bike which two other shops failed to spot. Excellent service in all respects.
