Just want to take a minute to say thank you to the staff working Friday (June 26) at BlackBlue, St Paul Minn. I had the chance to visit their shop the guys working were phenomenal. They know their Products, The store features an impressive line of Japanese and American her heritage clothing. The lineup of products in this store rivals any brick and mortar retail location you can find. Had a very small issue with an online order (mistakes happen...) and Grayson went ABOVE + BEYOND to make things right, and extremely promptly at that. Really appreciate the awesome customer service, highly recommend them.
Non responsive over phone, instagram ,and emails. The instore experience seems great, but the lack of response to sizing requests online is unacceptable. I've reached out many times about the engineered garment Bedford Jackets and other jackets as their older models do not have size charts on Nepenthes.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.
