Becky (Blackberry Pines) and her staff took exceptional care of my dad the last 2 months of his life. She kept us up to date with clear communication and always answered our questions in a timely way. My mom asked Becky to take care of her if she ever needed it. We are grateful for all they did to care for all of us during dad's time there. I highly recommend Blackberry Pines as you consider securing care for your loved one.
This home was the perfect place for my Mom. The care she received was amazing and they really knew her and how to best provide for her. While I would have preferred not to have to find a place for her, she would not have received better and such coordinated care any place else. The communication was great and it felt like home.
My wife has been a resident of Blackberry Pines Residential Assisted Living for over a year. She has received excellent care from from owners Becky Humenik RN, BSN Director of Operations, Mike Humenik who handles billing, and all of the nursing aids who perform daily care. My wife has Vascular Dementia and requires help with all functions of daily living. She is non-ambulatory so must be moved with a Hoyer Lift.
