Working as a CNA for the training alone was quite an eye opener and gave me a look into why they are so short staffed. They are shady, to put it bluntly. I don't recommend working for them, nor do I recommend having your loved one go to live in one of their group homes. Ever. In response to their comment, yes, they are short staffed.
