Kind and knowledgable owner who helped me find a hybrid bike for a great deal last year, even had me go test ride it around the area! Recently went back for some extra parts, had an equally great experience. You feel welcome at this establishment. This will be the only shop I go to.
My wife and I drove from Bluffton to this shop on the recommendation of neighbors to look at e-bikes. Jackson helped us check out and test ride a couple of models. It was a rainy Saturday near their closing time, so we decided to wait a few days and do some research online. Came back today and Jackson and the owner, Tom, set us up with a pair of Velotric brand bikes. i’m terrible at remembering names but the gentleman who helped my mom & i was so fantastic & so knowledgeable. he let us test ride the bikes around the parking lot. definitely happy to have supported this local business, instead of going to a chain!
