After I sent an enquiry to the firm, Liam suggested me to book a consultation with Greg, which cost me nearly $1000, and I sent a list of documents over to Liam for him to read through days before the appointment so he could run it through with Greg, however when Greg showed up in the Teams meeting, he had no knowledge of what the matter was about, and apparently Liam didn't receive anything.
