So I have dealt with Justin a few times over the last couple yrs. He has always been very helpful and done a great job. Today I showed near the end of his day with new phone and new phone issues. No data and couldn’t use phone. Just came back from Costco and new plan with different provider. He went out of his way immediately to help me out. After a bunch of hassles.
