Confusing company to deal with, so I don't recommend.
We had a great experience with Black and White care rental. The pick up from LAX was on time. Very friendly and professional. Hector was a joy to ride with from the airport. We were able to upgrade to a convertible Mustang with no problems. Drop off was just as easy and bonus was we got to ride back to the airport with Hector. Class act establishment. So much easier than other experiences we've had with other care rentals. I would recommend this company!
Regretted renting it from this company. You gonna read the fine lines: “Important information for your LAX reservations “. Unusual conditions, one of which is if you return the car after 5 pm, which is out of their office hour, you will be charged an additional $45! Some may have had nice experiences but I won’t hire again from Black and White
Rental from Friday-Tuesday(Aug 25’), underage. I don’t usually do reviews (not my thing) but had to do one for Black&White. I didn’t knew the existence of this rental company, I came through it after searching a lot of companies. I am under 25 and other companies wanted to charge $500, Black&White didn’t charge me underage fee and got a nice good rental (Corolla 2025) for ~$250.
