Literally saved our day & trip after a fiasco with a different agency. Rented a car on the spot & stayed in contact with us to ensure their driver picked us up at the airport. Had us in a car & on our way so fast. Best recommendation from a friend who had rented with them previously. Everyone was so nice & courteous. I had a great experience renting from Black & White Car Rental. The customer service was top notch. The representative at the rental counter was so friendly and offered some suggestions of things my friend and I should see and do while in LA. The car pick-up and drop-off was quick and easy. The price was great too.
Got picked up by a minivan. Received freindly courteous service. They didn't have the car I ordered (small SUV). They gave me a smaller but more luxurious sedan. Got detailed instructions through an email the day of our arrival. They did what they said, they were nice and it was less expensive the the 'big' guys. What else could you ask for... ? Nice job Black & White! Next time I come through LAX, I will use you again.
These folks are awesome! I was only in town for the weekend to go to a concert and a wedding. They had complimentary water, wifi, and pick up/drop off shuttles to/from LAX. The front desk was crystal clear, patient, and hassle free. They didn't try to upsell me with anything unlike other car rental agencies. They didn't have the car that I booked so they gave me a Mustang for the same price. It was a convertible too!
