Called to get a ride and was told 30 min gave person address and all the info they asked for 30 min later no cab called back a new person says they didn't get address but they recited it to us to make sure during the first call went through it again gave info said we would get a call from driver 20 min later no call so called again and again said they needed info again so at this point we told them to forget it that we would just call a Uber so we did 15 min later had a Uber so just my option don't use cab companies. There was no central number to call. My order was transferred all over the US to call centers in several different states. When they attempted to call me, my phone couldn't recognize the phone numbers and listed them all as SPAM. Black and white cab left me stranded at a restaurant for over 4 hrs, making me think they were coming and in actuality they cancelled my order because I didn't answer the phone.
