I stopped using this company like a year ago because I got tired of being consistently late for my appointments and having Drs cancel on me for being so late. I have to schedule transportation through my insurance and they mistakenly scheduled me with black tiger. I missed one the most important transplant appointments of my life and I am so upset. I will no longer use this transport company. They are late and change pick up times making you miss appointments and they do not care. Supervisor never calls u back. Most the employees have an attitude.
