Make sure you ask them what address they are taking you to,because if they have the address wrong. They are going to dump you right there and you are on your own to get to your appointment. They didn't care about my injuries at all,it was just my problem. I filed a complaint and they retaliated. Driver called a, told me he was stuck in traffic and couldn't pick up until the appointment time. Had to re-schedule my appointment because they showed up to my house a hour and a half late. Then promised to pick me up afterwards and had me sitting outside the closed PT office for 30 minutes as the sun went down. All of this while being on crutches. Don’t recommend!

Mom needed a ride to an appointment that interfered with my own schedule, so we arranged through her insurance for transportation. The chosen service was Black Tiger. I’ve seen their cars and cabs in the road , but we never needed their services. Until now. The provider called me the day before to confirm time and location.
