My review is based on experience on freeway with driver from this company. I witnessed how a driver from this company wouldn’t allow another driver to merge onto freeway, drove side by side merging car in same lane. The woman driver had hot pink /red hair . As a company you should ensure your drivers are following road laws . This could have had a tragic ending for either driver(road rage) or innocent passengers clients. I took a pic a bit blurry due to speed and the way she was weaving in and out of traffic. Car #6

I am extremely disappointed with Black Tiger Medical Transportation and the way they treat the people who rely on their services. My mother is disabled and depends on medical transportation to get to her appointments safely and on time, yet she has experienced numerous issues with this company. 1.) I am writing to share a highly unprofessional experience with this transport service. I used this company to get home from a critical cardiologist appointment. The driver arrived an hour and a half late.When he arrived, he parked on the opposite side of the parking lot. He simply messaged that he was there instead of meeting me. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized service. I had a terrible experience with this company. First, when I called to book a ride for my mother, I had to wait on hold for 25 minutes.
