it started with they coming at 12 in the noon or 4pm or later.... Then The movers packed things pretty quickly although damaged our apartment staircase. And then waited 15-20 mins outside apartment. Once they reached out home which is 30 mins in car, since it being truck I understand 45 mins although don't get an hour or above to reach to new location. They have scratches and dents on our not even 2 year old furniture. They didn't add rugs or carpets while moving dolly even though we told constantly that these are new floori... read more
