Great company but your marketing sucks!!! I’ve moved three times with Black Tie and each and every time a truck with five buff white guys plastered on the side drives up. The staff who’ve worked all my jobs, however are always buff black and brown guys. Match your marketing to the people who are doing the hard work. Applaud your employees in your marketing, not models from central casting!
The movers were wonderful! They were personable and easy to work with. They paid attention to detail and took great care of our furniture. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
