We are doing a local move and a distance move. Scott Caulk, our rep, has been involved and responsive to the questions that I've had. The team that handled our local pack and move was fantastic. Personable and professional. We've done many moves, locally and globally and they've been among the best.
On rime, very polite , and super efficient. Extremely pleased & definitely recommend Black Tie & use will use their services again on future moves.
