Your crew did so great on Monday. Super professional, friendly, kind and took such good care of our stuff! They were fast and efficient and communicated with me as needed though the process! When we hopefully move out of this house next year, we’d love them again!

We chose Black Tie Moving for our 3 hour move because we felt they were truthworthy and would do a great job based on the reviews. While things were running smoothly at first and the movers were friendly, we've encountered issues recently that no longer justify a 5 star experience. A few items were chipped (chairs) on moving day, which we were made aware of, and were told that someone would reach out to us and assist us.
