Black Tie was awesome AGAIN! We use them with our Real Estate business often! Every time they are fast, effective and have great communication! And they are the only moving company that we refer out to our clients, whether they are moving across town or to another state! We always get raving reviews!

The moving job was left incomplete, forcing us to transport a large number of items ourselves. The movers packed the truck inefficiently, ran out of space, and left behind major items—including two large TVs, glass tables, and large pictures/mirrors. We had to rent an additional truck the next day and rely on friends to move four carloads of remaining belongings. At the new home, the movers struggled to bring furniture inside.
