Now since my first visit to now. Service is not the best. Like another person said before. The more you go the more the more they want to charge you. Bring back the old employees because the new ones ain’t cutting it. If you explained the deals and discounts but don’t do them what’s the point.

Black Tie is my go-to for all my herbal needs! Their employees are knowledgeable of their products and customer service will go above and beyond to ensure your needs have been met. I highly recommend shopping with them.
We happened to be out of town and in the area when we saw the location nearby. We entered and were greeted by John from behind the counter. He was incredibly professional, friendly and gave us recommendations based on our own preferences. Was a super positive experience and I'd happily recommend this location to my friends!
