I've always had a pleasant experience with black tie & their staff as I normally go to Hoover store as I will continue to use after 1 trip to The Homewood location. I call things like I see them. There was a black guy and a white guy working. I'm white and I had a Trump hat on. In short the white guy was very polite but I ask the black guy a question 3 different times and he acted like he didn't hear me.
