Wow, honestly didn’t expect the massage to be this good. I booked with Hannah after a hiking trip because my whole body was absolutely wrecked. I wanted deep pressure but not the kind where you’re in pain the whole time, and she somehow knew exactly what I meant. She did a few stretches during the massage too which actually helped heaps, and the hot stones at the end were so nice. Left feeling way better than when I walked in. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Tassie.
Please consider your therapist carefully. I booked a much needed deep tissue massage and the male therapist could not apply the pressure I needed even asking multiple times to be firmer. There was some really odd techniques I've never experienced before and hot stones were used but definitely wasn't a deep tissue massage. I asked to stop at 60 minutes even though I had booked for 90 minutes. I hope this review is used to train all staff on better techniques. I booked a 90-minute full body, foot, and calf massage expecting a professional and properly structured treatment, especially after a friend highly recommended this place. Unfortunately, my experience with Kelly was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. My gym coach told me to try this place because my shoulders and legs were always tight from training. Had a massage with Hannah today and honestly feel way better now. Pressure was really good and she knew exactly where the sore spots were. Didn’t realise how tense my body was until after the session 😂 Will definitely come back.
