From the Gold Coast. Touring western NSW. Where not one to rush in anymore. We only bought 3 pork ribs, with a marinade. They may have been fresh, but not for our taste buds. We found them to be a bit dry, a bit stringy and we didn’t like the taste at all. I’m not saying it was bad. They didn’t agree with us. Half inch of fat, and I love the fat, but not this time. Passing through and thought we would try them. Had a sign out front next to IGA with some Worcester sausages. So tasty. Great range and friendly staff. Definitely drop in if your passing through.

Fantastic Quality!!! From sydney. Stopped into Coolah for lunch and checked out the butcher. Amazing produce. Beef and Lamb are grass fed and come from their own farm. T-Bones were amazing and very well priced. They smoke their own bacon and slice it in-house. If your passing through this is the butcher to visit. Highly recommended.

Won a meat tray at the local. Delicious quality cuts of meat. The Steak was amazing. I always buy my meat from hear and the staff are always happy and friendly.
