Eileen, in the office, has been great organising each move and promptly answering any queries and the teams we've had (led by Frank) have always been punctual, patient and professional.
Best Removalist Company ever. I gave these Guys a very difficult job and they handled it with the professionalism of a military operation. They were efficient, courteous and very effective. Eileen, the Manager who handled the whole thing from my first phone call to completion, which she actually attended, was outstanding with her experience, excellent service and co-ordination of the whole process. Frank and the team at Black Stallion Removalists did a fantastic job with moving our furniture. They were super efficient, took great care to ensure there was no damage. Really appreciate the communication provided during and how well prepared they were. The whole move took around 3hrs so we liked that only a 2hr deposit was needed compared to other Removalists who asked for 4hrs up front.
