Have been a huge customer of Black Ship for years. Love the products, love the pirate theme. Unfortunately, the customer service is seriously lacking, and has been from day one. My excitement that Kelly has something new coming out is often ruined by the fact that something gets left out of my order, or broken in transit, and some other problem. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. From the very moment I found Blackship grooming and messaged them I have had nothing but a good experience. Kelly spoke to me like I was a person not a customer, my wife and I visited Their shop and he talked to and helped my wife pick out the perfect Christmas gift for me.
