I am very disappointed with this service. For the second time time they kept us waiting for over an hour in nyc while telling us it’s coming soon the most recent time was a call I made at1:57 when they said 10 to 12 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago and when I called back them after a half an hour they said 15 minutes. Meanwhile my wife is slumped in a wheelchair AND THEY ARE STILL NOT HERE! Beware!
I thougt to write detailed review but when I saw reviews ,! Think owner don't care about patients or reviews, driver of #120 is very rude and keep abusing others instead of taking care of patients
