Horrible communication. I sent DOZENS of emails and left numerous voicemails, no reply. I even asked if he could refer me to someone else if he did not want to assist. I only got a reply out of him when I left a review through ARAG. He then sent a message, with a nasty tone demanding I remove the review or make a new one IF I still want help. The first phone call I had was wonderful, it felt like my needs would be met and that he had a strong understanding of the issues at hand and the best course of action. Unfortunately after almost 3 months of correspondence, with sometimes longer than 2 weeks for him to respond to a call or email, I have yet to receive any sort of communication/ follow up to any documents or messages I have sent after his initial review.
