My first visit Miga was the receptionist and she made me feel so safe and welcomed. That’s important to a person with my level of anxiety. Miga has moved to office manager and Ashley has taken the torch and now is that welcoming face. My therapist Michelle has helped me beyond words. I highly recommend Black Pine.
This was hands down the best company that I've ever worked for. This was the first time that I have EVER felt like I had employers that actually saw me as an individual first and didn't hesitate to show how they valued and respected me. The way that they show care for both their clients and employees is unmatched and I will forever recommend, hold in the highest regard, and be a fan of this office and these people! Excellent small team. The entire process of scheduling and getting set up with a therapist was fast and smooth and my therapist was great!
It was great in the beginning. I’ve had to cancel do due having the flu one time, the second I was caught in 2 hour traffic on the bridge because there was an accident, and the third time was because I had canceled in the 24 hour time frame and they said they are discontinuing services. You only have 3 times to cancel which is understandable but if it’s out of your control as to why you have to cancel then I feel like it’s unfair. Life happens. I'm pretty grateful I stumbled upon Black Pine. I've been going to Mark for several years now, and in a lot of (good) ways I've changed as a person because of my sessions with him. He's taught me a lot of great coping skills, but more importantly my outlook on life has changed. I know it's me doing the hard work, but he creates the framework to make that possible. I can't recommend him enough.
