A big thank you to the lovely ladies at Black Pepper Lilydale! I popped in today and was so grateful for how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They went out of their way to keep my kids happily entertained while I had a chance to try on some clothes in peace (which, as any parent knows, is a rare treat!). Such a positive experience – great customer service, lovely clothes, and even lovelier people. Highly recommend popping in for a browse! Thank you!
Obviously customer service does not exist here. Visited the store in Lilydale today. Two women behind the counter more interested in having a chat between themselves than paying any attention to the customer. Very disappointing.
