Owner/manager of this establishment is incredibly rude, snobbish and just so full of herself! You would think as an older woman she would have better customer service skills...or at least treat people with some ounce of respect. Store is lucky to even be getting a one star review due to it being a minimum requirement, which is honestly way more than is deserved.
