I walked into this store yesterday looking for clothing for my 97 year old Nan, clothing that ironically very much suited the age group this shop appears to cater for. From the moment I entered, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The woman behind the counter was judgemental and outright rude. She repeatedly (at least 3 - 4 times) told me to go to other shops because she didn’t think there was anything suitable here, despite barely giving me a chance to look.
