My mother in law popped in to your store on Thursday 8th December at midday to help her friend choose some new clothes. The shop assistant asked my MIL whether she needs some new clothes too.When my MIL politely declined (as she was just accompanying her friend) the sales assistant responded: "well look at you in your baggy trackies." That's probably one of the most appalling customer services I have ever heard of. You don't shame your customers just because they don't want to buy anything in your store.
