Actually had some gear I liked. Ordered extra, prompt delivery. Staff excellent, extremely helpful & kept telling me I was notva bother when clearly I was. Thank you.
Friendly and helpful
Staff are pleasant but stock sizes are extremely limited for larger people. Have not been able to find anything in my size for months. The choice of larger sizes has declined dramatically in recent times but appears to be available elsewhere... it,s disappointing to say the least!
Online catalogue was great for preselecting a variety of clothes to buy and take home for an elderly client to select at her home and try, given 30 days to return any items not required
